1. Return Eligibility:

Damaged Products by Store: If the product you receive is damaged or defective due to our handling or manufacturing issues, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

Request for Return: You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your product. Please contact us through the provided contact information to initiate the return process.

2. Refund Policy:

No Refund for Customer-caused Damage: We do not offer refunds if the product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse.

Refunds on Returns: If your product is eligible for a return (as per Section 1), we will issue a refund or offer a replacement product.

3. Conditions for Return:

Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Returns must include the original packaging.
